Indian School Certificate Examination (Grade 11 & 12)

The Indian School Certificate Examination is an examination conducted through the medium of English. The curriculum is designed in accordance with the recommendations of the Education Policy 1986.

The council for the Indian School Certificate Examination was established in 1958 by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate with the assistance of the Inter-State Board for Anglo–Indian Education. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act No. XXXI of 1860.

Scheme of Examination

The syllabus prescribed for Grade 11 will be examined internally by the school & the syllabus for Grade 12 will be examined externally by the Council.

Choices of Subjects

All Candidates for Pass Certificate must enter and sit for English (compulsory), with three/four elective subjects.

Note: The School may offer Science & Commerce, however the choice of  subjects will depend upon the number of students opting for each discipline.

 

Cambridge A Level (Grade 11 & 12)

As school, we take pride in intimating you that we have been conducting IGCSE & A level programme since 2009 offered by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). Our A level Cambridge curriculum graduates have found placements in the best of professional colleges in the world, which by itself is a testimony to the fact that our students who opt for this curriculum are groomed by professional and passionate hands.

If you would like your ward to opt for the GCE  A level programme during the academic  year (Jan–Nov), you may choose a minimum of four subjects. English is a compulsory subject for students from any curriculum other than IGCSE). For more details and subject options click here
