As per Singapore’s Private Education Act 2009, all foreign system schools (FSS) function under the aegis of Committee for Private Education (CPE).

DPS International School is registered as a Private Education Institute by the Committee for Private Education.

Student Contract

The Student Contract contains information on course information and details of course fees, refund policy, fee protection scheme, medical insurance scheme and additional information relating to the governing law and dispute resolution.

The Student Contract is a mandatory document that governs the relationship between the Private Education Institution (PEI), i.e. DPS International School (in this case) and the student. Prospective students should therefore understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated in the contract before signing it. The Student Contract needs to be signed before the commencement of the course.

Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)

In compliance with the requirements of the CPE, DPS International School is required to purchase insurance on behalf of its students to protect student fees. Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) is a mandatory regulatory requirement.

DPS International School has appointed LONPAC Insurance BHD as the fee insurance provider for its students.
